En tant qu’Administrateur(trice), Équipe Règlements, vous serez au cœur de notre mission. Voici les principales responsabilités :

- Analyser et effectuer diverses transactions nécessaires à l’administration du régime
- Recevoir et traiter les demandes de nos clients reçues par courriel
- Vérifier les transactions non financières de tes collègues
- Préparer divers rapports et feuillets d’impôt pour les clients et les différentes autorités
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue en proposant des solutions à l’aide des outils Lean
- Participer au DMS (Daily Management System)

- Se démarque pour ses habiletés en communication
- Démontre une grande facilité d’apprentissage Possède une bonne capacité à gérer le stress dans un environnement en évolution Fait preuve d’une attitude positive et d’un fort esprit d’équipe Est reconnue pour sa rigueur, sa précision et son sens du service à la clientèle Détient une bonne connaissance de la suite Office
- Possède un niveau de connaissance intermédiaire de la langue anglaise puisque la personne sera amenée à analyser de la documentation et des dossiers complexes, lire et rédiger des notes, rapports et courriels en anglais, auprès de clients et partenaires unilingues anglophones, sur une base quotidienne.
