The Compounding Production Supervisor manages daily department operations and long-term objectives. This leader guides production teams across compounding, processing, pre-weighing, and inventory control activities. The position also develops employees, improves performance metrics, and supports operational excellence through collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily compounding, mixing, processing, and pre-weighing operations
- Ensure GMP, SOP, policy, and regulatory compliance
- Optimize personnel, equipment, materials, and production schedules
- Monitor safety, quality, productivity, batch,
