Manage customer payments and reconciliations as an Accounts Receivable Specialist supporting a Finance team through accurate, service-oriented accounting.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this specialist handles daily accounts receivable activities, billing, customer communication, and account issue resolution. The work includes payment processing, aged receivables follow-up, general accounting support, and month-end activities. Technology and process improvement are also important.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer accounts, invoicing, billing adjustments, and receivable records
- Process weekly PAD, credit card, EFT, and other payments
- Apply and reconcile payments while investigating discrepancies
- Review aged receivables and follow up on outstanding balances
- Prepare receivable reports,



aging summaries, and supporting documentation

Requirements:

- Three to five years in receivables, billing, collections, or accounting
- Accounting, Finance, or Business education, or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of receivable processes and basic accounting principles
- Microsoft Excel proficiency, including formulas and reconciliations
- Solid accuracy, organization, communication, and customer service skills
