Lead food and beverage operations at Hard Rock Ottawa Hotel & Casino in Ottawa, Ontario, using hospitality expertise and people leadership. This full time permanent role oversees dining, gaming floor, and outlet service.

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager supports Hard Rock’s service standards and authentic guest experience. You will work with the Food and Beverage Manager on planning, lead supervisors and staff, and manage training, inventory, controls, and reporting. The role requires two to four years of food and beverage and hospitality management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee dining room, gaming floor, and outlet operations
- Develop project plans, priorities, training, and performance programs
- Train, supervise, coach, and counsel staff




- Resolve guest concerns by phone, email, or in person
- Manage inventories, cash handling, reporting, and cost controls

Requirements:

- Two to four years managing food and beverage hospitality operations
- Smart Serve certification and Ontario Food Handler’s Certificate
- AGCO License and fluent spoken and written English
- Microsoft Office skills and basic numerical operation ability
- Ability to lift or move objects up to 50 pounds
