RMC Group of Companies is seeking an eager Site Assessor for its RM Precast team. This position connects field assessments with Project Managers, Site-Superintendents, installation crews, subcontractors, and clients. Candidates need dependable transportation, software experience, communication skills, and consistent lifting ability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize daily site visits by geographic efficiency
- Drive to residential installation sites
- Report readiness to project and installation crews
- Coordinate site preparation before installation
- Champion PPE, safety meetings, and safe practices
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
- Reliable transportation for assigned site visits
- CRM, estimation, or project management software experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Exceptional customer service skills
