Aviva Canada is seeking an Actuarial Analyst for its high performing Large Accounts Pricing team. The team supports commercial accounts with premiums above $2M and accounts involving complex or unique structures. You will collaborate with underwriters and communicate results across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct account indication analysis for rate adequacy
- Support complex commercial portfolio pricing reviews
- Evaluate credit risk for large retentions
- Share results with managers, underwriters, brokers, and senior leaders
- Advance process efficiency through automation improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or related quantitative field
- Equivalent skilled experience is considered
- At least one year preferred P&C; actuarial experience
- Completion of two or more SOA or CAS exams
- Programming experience with SAS, VBA, Python, or R
