Responsible for: developing and managing advantages administration. Provides expertise to key customers.
Collaborates with/Key Customers include: HR Leadership to develop and manage benefits strategies and programs that drive employee attraction, engagement, and retention. Key Customers include all employees and HR team.
Reports to: VP of Human Resources
Minimum Experience Requirements
C - Requires Experience at an intermediate level (5-8 years)
Education
D - Completion of an undergraduate program or equivalent experience (B.A. or B.S.).
