Overview

HSE System Solutions is seeking a 1st or 2nd Year Commercial Electrical Apprentice.

Duties include (but not limited to):

- Work with low to medium voltage equipment
- MCC installations and service
- Lighting installs
- Industrial equipment installs
- Fibre work
- Instrumentation calibrations
- VFDs
- Etc.

Looking for a energetic, self-starting individual eager to advance their career in the electrical field.

Duties

- Assist with commercial electrical installations, including low-voltage work, the direction of experienced electricians.
- Use hand and power tools appropriately, keep work areas organized, and handle materials carefully.
- Read schematics and blueprints to help locate components, understand layouts, and prepare for assigned tasks.
- Support construction activities and maintain shop cleanliness and company vehicle up keep.

Experience Required:



Practical electrical experience, safe use of hand and power tools, and the ability to follow schematics or blueprints are important for supporting installation tasks. Attention to detail and clear communication help you coordinate work and contribute reliably on site. Preferred: Industrial electrician experience, low- medium voltage exposure, and construction experience are valuable strengths that can help you adapt to varied commercial projects and support the crew effectively.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
