Job Summary The 310T Apprentice supports inspection, maintenance, repair, and assembly work on vehicles and equipment. Working alongside experienced mechanics, you will build practical skills, follow safe work practices, and help keep equipment dependable for customers and colleagues.

Duties

- Assist with maintenance, troubleshooting, and automotive repair using hand tools and power tools.
- Support mechanical and electrical work, interpret schematics, and help with welding and assembly tasks.
- Work around heavy equipment and industrial equipment, including Caterpillar machinery, and assist with excavator, crane, forklift, and farm machinery tasks as directed.
- Follow secure procedures when handling heavy lifting and supporting equipment operation; apply relevant HVAC knowledge when useful.

Requirements Required: Practical mechanical knowledge,



safe use of hand and power tools, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively are important for supporting maintenance and repair duties.

Preferred: Dealership experience, mechanic experience, automotive repair, electrical experience, welding, HVAC, customer service, and familiarity with Caterpillar, farm machinery, industrial equipment, schematics, or heavy equipment operation are valuable strengths.
