Manage 311 capital projects involving CRM, telephony, and integrations at Metro Hall in Toronto, with hybrid work under City policy. Reporting to the Director, Strategy, Insights & Planning, this Project Manager 311 coordinates complex initiatives for the City of Toronto.

Responsibilities span project governance, budgets, schedules, quality standards, business process re-engineering, and organizational change. The assignment is full time and temporary for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed project plans and program-specific policies
- Identify stakeholder requirements and monitor project execution
- Review deliverables for compliance with project standards
- Report technology, staffing, cost, schedule, and deliverable progress
