Reporting to the Operations Lead, you will work Monday through Friday day shifts, provide on-call coverage, and respond to emergency or sick calls. The position involves general repairs, maintenance, site labour, and service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond quickly and efficiently to client service requests
- Open and action work orders using JLL’s CMMS software
- Complete repairs involving flooring, painting, locks, hardware, and ceiling tiles
- Maintain building equipment and assist with landscaping duties
- Perform inspections,

Requirements:

- One to two years’ general building repairs or operations experience
- Mechanical inclination and ability to perform regular property inspections
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet established schedules
