Work evening shifts as a Health Care Aide at Bethany Riverview, Calgary, assisting residents with daily living and safe, dignified care.

This part time, fixed-term assignment includes 14 four-and-a-half-hour shifts every four weeks. You will care for residents within your scope, maintain accurate health records, and contribute to a safe environment for residents, colleagues, and yourself. The position runs from October 20, 2026, through January 31, 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with required daily living activities
- Maintain resident dignity and privacy during care
- Observe, monitor, document, and report resident needs
- Adhere to safety and emergency preparedness procedures
- Demonstrate Bethany’s vision and values in practice

Requirements:

- Grade 10 education and Alberta-approved HCA certificate
- Registration with the College of LPNs and HCAs
- Health Care Aide experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work physically and mentally demanding shifts
