Job Summary

Join the team at 543 O’Brien St, Windsor, in a customer-facing retail sales role. Help customers explore products, provide transparent demonstrations, and support a welcoming, well-organized store experience. This position brings together sales, service, merchandising, and point-of-sale tasks.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers, understand their needs, answer product questions, and use effective communication and phone etiquette.
- Demonstrate products, support technology sales, recommend suitable options, and identify appropriate upselling opportunities.
- Maintain merchandising displays, process transactions using POS systems, handle cash, and complete basic math accurately.
- Organize daily tasks and manage time effectively while supporting smooth service for customers and colleagues.

Requirements Required: Clear English communication,



customer service, retail sales, sales, basic math, cashiering, cash handling, POS use, organization, and time management skills support these duties.

Preferred: Technical sales experience, product demonstration ability, and bilingual or multilingual communication are valuable strengths.
