As Product Change Project Leader, you will steer complex changes through development, detailed design, manufacturing, industrialization, and service integration. You will work with engineering, production, quality, procurement, suppliers, and management teams. The position requires disciplined control of cost, quality, schedule, performance, resources, and scope.

Key Responsibilities

Anticipate risks and present decisions to management committees

Requirements

University degree in management, engineering, or related discipline

At least ten years of product development experience

Experience managing complex technical and multidisciplinary projects

Knowledge of configuration management and product change processes

French and English fluency, orally and in writing
