Overview

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Elite Soccer Trainers. This role is ideal for those who have a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, and who are eager to inspire and develop young athletes in the sport of soccer. As an Elite Soccer Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing players' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a love for the game.

Duties

- Conduct engaging training sessions that focus on skill development, tactical understanding, and physical fitness.
- Create tailored training programmes that cater to the individual needs of players at various skill levels.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to players to help them improve their performance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive training workplace that encourages teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Organise and lead practice matches and competitive events to assess player progress.




- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to develop comprehensive training strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of soccer techniques, rules, and coaching methodologies.

Experience

- Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in soccer, is essential.
- A background in teaching or education is highly desirable, with the ability to communicate effectively with players of all ages.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with players, parents, and fellow coaches.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
