Key responsibilities
- Manage files, deadlines, and client communications.
- Prepare correspondence and OCF forms.
- Obtain and organize medical records, insurance documents, and disclosure.
- Assist with LAT applications, case conference briefs, hearing preparation, and legal research.
NCA students, articling students, and licensed paralegals are welcome to apply. Previous accident benefits or personal injury experience is an asset. Strong writing, organization, and attention to detail are essential.
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
