As Director of Finance, you will lead and scale finance across FH Health’s healthcare brands, including Pollin Fertility, Perennial, and Wellness Haus. You will partner with executives, operations, and clinical leaders to support growth, expansion, reporting, and data-driven decisions. The role includes financial planning and analysis, operational finance, and team leadership.

Advise executives on financial planning, growth, and expansion initiativesLead long-term strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelingEstablish KPIs and dashboards for data-driven decision-makingOversee reporting, audits, tax compliance,



and ASPE statementsModernize workflows through automation, AI, and financial technologiesRequirements:
Eight to twelve plus years of progressive finance experienceDesignated CPA with finance and accounting leadership experienceHealthcare, technology, or high-growth workplace experienceFP&A;, reporting, operational finance, and analytical capabilitiesERP experience, preferably Odoo, plus ASPE and IFRS knowledgeBring strategic leadership, financial modeling, automation, and analytical expertise to FH Health’s growing healthcare finance function.
