Reporting to the Director of Operations, this Project Manager oversees total delivery across pre-construction and construction. The work coordinates safety, quality, budget, schedule, contracts, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include project controls, financial management, risk, quality, and turnover.

Develop and maintain Master Project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6Coordinate contracts, subcontracts, permits, and preconstruction planningMonitor construction schedules, productivity, progress, and subcontractor performanceManage project finances, billing, forecasting, payments,
