Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable & Bank Reconciliation Coordinator to join our team in London, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable activities, performing daily bank reconciliations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.
- Record, verify, and allocate customer payments in the accounting system.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and verify transactions against bank statements.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts and banking records.
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and prepare aging reports.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment-related issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Bank Reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Experience working with accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
