The Director leads relationships with government funders, agricultural organizations, industry partners, sponsors, and prospective clients. Responsibilities span business development, funding acquisition, member engagement, communications, and events. The position coordinates complex submissions, evaluates opportunity feasibility, and guides multidisciplinary teams toward approved organizational priorities and measurable outcomes.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in related progressive functionsMinimum 8 years’ senior management or director-level experienceStrong negotiation, relationship management, and persuasive communication skillsExperience coordinating complex cross-functional funding submissionsKnowledge of Ontario agriculture and government-funded programming preferredUse partnership development, negotiation, financial analysis, and stakeholder leadership to strengthen OSCIA’s funding relationships and organizational sustainability.
