Lead the architecture and design of Data, AI, and GenAI solutions supporting strategic business initiatives. Create solution architectures, architecture blueprints, design patterns, and implementation roadmaps that guide delivery teams from concept to production. Shape the evolution of our Data & AI platforms: Drive adoption of modern architectural approaches including cloud‑native, event‑driven, API‑first, and serverless patterns where appropriate. Design AI and machine learning architectures, orchestration, deployment, serving, monitoring, and governance capabilities. Help define reusable platform services, reference architectures, and technical standards that accelerate delivery across multiple products. Provide technical leadership across delivery teams: Partner closely with product, engineering, data, security, and platform teams to guide architecture decisions throughout the delivery lifecycle. Lead architecture discussions with senior technology and business leaders and help shape strategic technology decisions. Facilitate architecture reviews and provide architectural oversight for complex initiatives. Help teams navigate technical trade‑offs, dependencies, risks, and implementation challenges. Build solid partnerships across teams and help create a collaborative architecture community. 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, or related technology leadership roles. Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise‑scale data‑driven solutions in cloud environments. For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English‑speaking colleagues across the country. No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
