As a Project Manager reporting to the Program Manager, you will execute and coordinate assigned customer orders and projects. You will work with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Purchasing, and Finance. Your focus includes keeping projects on schedule, within scope, and aligned with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer orders from quoting through production and deliveryProvide customers accurate updates on timelines, issues,



and deliverablesBuild Gantt charts and schedules across manufacturing stagesCoordinate departmental priorities and resolve production bottlenecksMonitor schedule, cost, risk, issues, and project documentationRequirements:
Three to five years project management experience in manufacturingDiploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related fieldAbility to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and routersExperience managing Gantt charts using MS Project or similarExcel proficiency and comfort with ERP or MRP systemsBring manufacturing project management, scheduling, customer communication, and technical drawing skills to EM Dynamics’ growing Program Management team.
