Muehlhan Wind Service (MWS) Canada, a comprehensive wind energy solutions provider supporting wind farms throughout North America, is currently accepting applications for experienced, IRATA Level 3, Wind Turbine Blade Repair Technicians to join our team.
You will not only perform advanced blade repair works at height but also take responsibility for supervising rope access operations, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting less experienced technicians on site.
Various locations across Canada, including remote work sites.
Carry out advanced wind turbine blade inspections and repairs (composite structures, leading edge, trailing edge, erosion, cracks)Perform rope access operations in accordance with IRATA standardsSupervise rope teams and ensure safe systems of work at heightLead risk assessments and enforce HSE procedures on siteSupport planning and execution of repair scopesMentor and guide Level 1 and Level 2 techniciansProduce clear and accurate job reports and documentationMinimum requirements Eligible to work in Canada3+ years’ experience in Blade RepairValid IRATA Level 3 certificationAvailability to travel 100% of the timeWhat
