Miratech seeks an Organisational Design Consultant to assess how knowledge work is organised across tax, individual enquiries, and business enquiries. You will map current structures, analyse capability gaps, and define practical target-state options. The work includes RACI matrices, role profiles, resourcing requirements, and transition planning. You will also address AI-era responsibilities for virtual-agent tuning, answer review, and feedback loops.
