The Accounts Payable
Associate owns the full AP cycle for our North American operations: invoice processing, vendor payments, sales tax coding and month-end support across multiple entities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Our finance team supports a multi-entity structure across Canada and the United States. Review, code and enter invoices with correct GL accounts, entities, departments and dimensions Verify invoices meet CRA documentation requirements (supplier name, GST/HST registration number, date, tax amounts) before claiming ITCs Process credit memos,
debit memos and vendor rebates Process employee expense reports and corporate card transactions against company policy Prepare weekly payment runs by EFT, wire and cheque in CAD and USD Collect and validate onboarding documents: vendor setup form, void cheque or bank letter, GST/HST/QST registration numbers, and W-8/W-9 forms for US vendors Verify all recent and changed banking details by independent call-back to a known contact; These are the standards we look for: ~ Diploma or degree in accounting, finance or business, or equivalent experience ~2+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience ~ These are the values that are important to us: Delight the Customer .
