Description of Duties:
As a member of a 5 person Accounts Receivable team, reporting to the Credit Director, duties include:
- Process invoices, customer payments, credits, and account adjustments.
- Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue balances.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and statements.
- Assist with credit applications and account setup.
- Prepare reports and support month-end accounting activities.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to resolve billing issues.
Skills & Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset
- Previous accounting, accounts receivable, customer service, or administrative experience is considered an asset
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Working at PWPL Group of Companies This is a full-time permanent position working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday and may include additional time to complete tasks. We offer full benefits after three months and RRSP matching after six months.
