Finance systems expertise powers this senior remote position at Alimentiv, centered on Acumatica workflows, reporting, and operational improvement. The role supports Canada-based teams remotely. You will serve as the primary administrator for Acumatica across Finance and adjacent operations.

Your work includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, project accounting, billing, financial reporting, and month-end close. Partner with Finance to document requirements, improve data quality, and deliver native platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Acumatica Finance solutions using native platform functionality
- Deliver Generic Inquiries, reports, notifications, and approval workflows
- Partner with Finance on requirements, processes, and enhancements




- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate implementation partner resolution
- Validate configurations before promoting changes to Production Requirements:
- Minimum five years administering Acumatica across Finance modules
- Direct Acumatica experience is mandatory for consideration
- Hands-on SAP Concur experience in invoice processing or AP workflows
- Experience with major-version upgrades and customization risk assessment
- Acumatica certifications strongly preferred Bring Acumatica Finance administration, workflow configuration, and SAP Concur knowledge to Alimentiv’s senior remote systems function.
