Seven to ten years’ distribution, warehousing, or logistics experienceSupervisory or management experience leading teamsExperience with operational improvements and change implementationKnowledge of KPIs, labour planning, budgets, and productivityProficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systemsBring visible leadership, data-informed decision-making, and process improvement expertise to Kohl & Frisch’s Concord night operations.
