This newly created Post Production Producer role reports to video team leadership. You will partner with agency producers, creatives, and project managers. The work balances creative quality, budgets, timelines, and team capacity while supporting delivery and trusted agency relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Assess briefs, deliverables, timelines, and technical production requirementsRecommend editors, animators, and AI production talentDevelop estimates covering talent hours and production costsCoordinate assignments, schedules, resources, progress, and revisionsManage feedback across teams, agencies, and craft leadershipRequirements:
Minimum five years coordinating post-production projectsUnderstanding of editorial, animation, and finishing workflowsExperience matching specialists to project requirementsExperience managing costs and schedules across concurrent projectsExperience sourcing, vetting, booking, and onboarding freelancersBring post-production coordination, creative judgment, estimating, and talent-network expertise to Klick's video team.
