This full time Proposal Procurement Lead reports to the Senior Manager, Proposal Procurement, North America. You will lead complex bids, standardize workflows, and negotiate critical spend packages during the bidding phase. The work combines engineering drawings, capital project costing, supplier pricing, and stakeholder influence.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related fieldFive to seven years in water, wastewater, EPC, or industrial contractingExperience with procurement estimation or project sourcingProficiency with SAP or similar ERP platformsUp to ten percent annual travelBring proposal costing, engineering aptitude, negotiation, and analytical skills to Veolia Water Technologies' procurement team.
