Working Hours
EST, 3 times a week on site Senior Product Designer, Senior UX/UI Designer , or similar end-to-end product design , from discovery through development handover and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders Strong communication skills and ability to independently lead design workshops Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or similar, or equivalent education and experience Knowledge of investor onboarding, KYC/AML, or order processing Experience designing automation or AI-assisted workflows Own the design of a product area within a complex B2B financial services platform, from discovery through development support Plan and conduct moderated user research to validate design decisions Collaborate with engineering teams to address technical constraints and data implications Identify opportunities for automation and AI-assisted workflows while incorporating human review Partner with the design system team to maintain UI/UX consistency

Salary:
CAD $110,000–$140,000 AI may be used in evaluating candidates.
