Allumee Skin Aesthetics is looking for a skilled, passionate, and professional Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team.

We are a boutique skin and aesthetics clinic dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized skincare treatments in a welcoming and luxurious environment.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

- Diploma or certification in Aesthetics, Medical Aesthetics, OR RELATED FIELD EXPERIENCE from a recognized training institution.
- Previous experience in a medical spa, skin clinic, or professional aesthetics environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin conditions, skincare ingredients, and treatment protocols.
- Experience performing professional facials, advanced exfoliation, enzyme treatments, and hydrodermabrasion treatments.
- Training or certification in microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and laser hair removal is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of professional skincare brands such as Circadia or Dermalogica is an advantage.
- Ability to conduct thorough skin consultations, assess client concerns, and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Strong understanding of infection prevention, sanitation, contraindications, and client safety.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate client treatment records and follow clinic policies.
- Professional appearance, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to continue learning and participate in additional training.

Key Responsibilities




- Perform customized facial and advanced skincare treatments within your training and authorized scope of practice.
- Conduct detailed consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, aftercare, and professional skincare products.
- Assist with laser hair removal and other advanced aesthetic services when appropriately trained and authorized.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment environment.
- Complete client documentation, consent forms, and treatment notes accurately.
- Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat bookings through exceptional service.
- Support the clinic’s growth while maintaining Allumee’s high standards of professionalism and client care.
