We are seeking a Team Lead in our Production Department to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes and supporting various departments in the evening shift from 2 PM to 12 AM, Monday to Thursday with overtime when required.

Responsibilities

Understand all operations the equipment and machinary lead a team of diverse employees and ensure targets are met be able to communicate hourly production to manager make adjustments as needed in regards to manpower lead genreal labourers machine operators and forklift drivers

Punctual and detail oriented

Abitlity to fill out shift reports

Required

- Spanish speaking a must

- Excellent communication abilities




- Forklift counter balance certified with clamp experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

-Must be mechanically inclined -Understand procedures and health and safety initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $27.50 per hour
