Strengthen equipment reliability for Greenfire Resources through mechanical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and field leadership in Fort McMurray.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this Supervisor leads mechanical maintenance at SAGD central processing facilities, well pads, and infrastructure. The full time, permanent role coordinates employees, contractors, Operations, Reliability, Planning, Supply Chain, and service providers. Work is based at the Fort McMurray Production Facility on a 7/7 or 14/14 rotation.

Minimum ten years’ industrial mechanical maintenance experienceRed Seal Millwright or Steamfitter-Pipefitter certification preferredPractical knowledge of rotating and stationary equipmentExperience with IBM Maximo or comparable maintenance systemsAbility to read mechanical drawings and P&IDsBring; troubleshooting, planning, and equipment-history expertise to reliable mechanical maintenance across Greenfire’s SAGD assets.
