Park Paving Ltd. seeks an experienced Civil Construction Estimator for municipal infrastructure, roadways, earthworks, site development, asphalt, concrete, underground, and surface works. The position supports commercial, industrial, and land development projects. You will collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management teams throughout project pursuit and turnover.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimatesReview drawings, specifications, contracts, and tender documentsDevelop labour, equipment, material,



and production assumptionsEvaluate subcontractor and supplier pricingIdentify risks, scope gaps, and constructability issuesRequirements:
Minimum five years of civil construction estimating experienceKnowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and productionExperience preparing quantity take-offs and detailed estimatesAbility to interpret drawings, specifications, and tender requirementsExperience with estimating software and Microsoft OfficeBring civil estimating expertise, commercial judgment, and production knowledge to Park Paving's Edmonton construction team.
