Lead F12’s regional growth through financial leadership and operational excellence while shaping client experience and culture across a provincial or regional market.
Reporting to the COO, the General Manager directs revenue growth, technical service delivery, and operational performance. This senior leadership role develops regional strategy, manages client relationships, and promotes the F2 brand. The GM also builds referrals and business acquisitions through active regional community participation.
