Clutch is looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Reporting to step in as a critical leader on our finance teamReporting directly to the Corporate Controller, you will architect the framework that turns thousands of data points per vehicle into clean, decision‑grade financial reportingYou will take charge of IFRS compliance, external audit readiness, and the design and implementation of a strong internal controls environment ahead of IPO readinessYou will lead a growing team that loves the craft of accounting as much as you do, taking ownership of the reporting cycle and technical accounting while partnering with Financial Systems leadership to drive ERP evolutionBuild and run the monthly, quarterly, and annual close;
deliver accurate financial statements and supplementary financial information on tight deadlinesDesign and implement internal‑control, risk‑management, and policy frameworks to achieve NI52‑109 readinessLead external audits and statutory reporting;
manage relationships with auditors and regulatorsDrive ERP/finance‑stack evolution in partnership with Financial Systems leadershipBuild, mentor, and scale an accounting/reporting team;
set clear performance standards and foster a culture of ownership and precisionBuild and leverage automations and AI to improve efficiency, reduce cost and riskOwn cost and inventory accounting to support accurate financial statementsBenefits
