Direct stakeholders on complex global privacy laws and regulationsAdvise during incidents and manage external counsel engagementAssess risks across critical business initiatives and current featuresRevise privacy policies with Cybersecurity partnersTrack matters, regulations, compliance execution, and program maturityRequirements:
Seven or more years of privacy legal experienceExperience navigating NAM and APAC privacy requirementsAdmission to a bar or in-house counsel eligibilityKnowledge of CCPA, GDPR, PIPEDA, and APAC lawsAbility to explain legal concepts to technical audiencesApply global privacy expertise, incident leadership, and risk-based counsel to lululemon’s evolving digital and retail business.
