As Senior Business Analyst within our Global Finance Technology team, you’ll serve as a strategic liaison between Finance, Accounting, Real Estate Operations, and technical delivery teams. You’ll lead complex initiatives across the technology solution lifecycle, helping deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen financial controls, and support enterprise priorities. Own requirements management from discovery through implementation, developing user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, functional specifications, and data mappings. Drive process and technology improvements: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, financial controls, system capabilities, and the overall user experience. Lead data and integration analysis: Define data requirements and business logic while resolving data quality, integration, and system dependency issues. Collaborate closely with business and technology teams: Partner with Product Owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and senior stakeholders to align priorities and deliver effective solutions. Guide Business Analysts and project team members while promoting consistent standards, documentation, and best practices. Bachelor’s degree in a related field: Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. 7+ years of Business Analysis

experience:
Demonstrated success leading complex initiatives within finance, accounting, technology, or commercial real estate environments. Proven business analysis and stakeholder leadership: Advanced experience translating complex needs into clear requirements and facilitating alignment across business, technology, and senior leadership teams. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum,



the full Software Development Lifecycle, enterprise applications, financial systems, APIs, integrations, and data flows. Ability to simplify complex business and technical concepts, influence decisions, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with varied audiences.
