Reporting to the President & CEO, the Director of Development leads the overall development function. This senior leader oversees development teams, advances opportunities, and manages performance across multiple asset classes. The work spans acquisition, planning, approvals, construction, and turnover.

10+ years of progressive real estate development experienceLarge-scale residential, industrial, commercial, or mixed-use project experienceUnderstanding of entitlements, approvals, economics, and executionExperience managing development teamsStrong financial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsBring accountable leadership, financial acumen, and complex project delivery expertise to Lorval’s growing Western Canada development platform.
