As a Senior Functional Analyst, you will sustain and evolve Salesforce for operational efficiency and business value. Deep Sales and Service Cloud knowledge supports success in this position. You will work within Scrum, manage enhancement intake, and execute transformational roadmaps when needed.

Five or more years working with Salesforce functionallySalesforce Financial Services Cloud experience and data model knowledgeAgile Scrum experience with milestone-driven delivery schedulesStrong documentation skills for business and technical audiencesExperience prioritizing defects, support, and enhancementsApply Salesforce functional analysis, Scrum delivery, and backlog expertise to support ATB’s Retail CRM evolution.
