Accenture Construct seeks a Senior Programme Manager – Electrification to lead the full delivery lifecycle for complex railway programmes. You will oversee foundations, structures, overhead wiring, traction power, substations, switching, testing, energisation, and associated interfaces. Success requires disciplined programme controls, contractor leadership, engineering coordination, and strong stakeholder relationships across railway delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Establish integrated master programmes and measurable production targetsMonitor critical paths, contractor schedules, productivity, and forecast milestonesMaximise railway access, possessions, equipment, materials, and labourCoordinate design releases,
