Reporting to the Design Services Director, the Senior Design Manager contributes to major building projects and the Pre-Construction process. You will guide design philosophy, manage Consultant teams, and support cost-effective solutions. The position requires coordination with owners, stakeholders, and project teams.

Degree in Engineering or Architecture15-plus years of construction experienceDesign-build procurement experience preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office and BIM software toolsWorking knowledge of Navisworks and REVITApply Senior Design Manager expertise in strategy, compliance, BIM coordination, and risk management across Toronto ICI projects.
