Ahlan Coffee House | St. Albert, Alberta

Compensation: Hourly pay + performance-based bonuses

Ahlan Coffee House is looking for an experienced, hands-on manager who loves hospitality, leads by example, and takes pride in creating an exceptional customer experience.

We’re a Dubai-inspired café serving specialty drinks, desserts, and food. We’re looking for someone who can build a strong team, maintain high standards, and make every guest feel welcome.

Your role

- Lead daily operations and actively support the team during busy shifts.
- Deliver warm, attentive service and keep orders accurate and timely.
- Hire, train, coach, and hold staff accountable.
- Maintain consistent drink & food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and waste.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and build relationships with regulars.
- Work with ownership to improve sales, service, and team performance.

Who we’re looking for





- Must have at least 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a busy café or hospitality setting.
- A proven track record of leading successful teams, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving business results.
- Strong barista skills and knowledge of espresso preparation.
- A confident leader who gives clear direction and follows through.
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Someone who notices what needs attention and takes initiative.
- Availability for a adaptable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
