Reporting to the Manager, Asset Management, the Senior Lead, Reliability works across Maintenance, Reliability, Planning, Operations, and Engineering teams. You will analyze equipment health, work management, failure, delay, and operating data. The role focuses on critical fixed and mobile assets, sustained availability, and lifecycle performance improvements.

Analyze planned and unplanned maintenance-related availability lossesDevelop reliability strategies using RCM, FMEA,



and condition monitoringLead root cause investigations for recurring equipment failuresAssess preventive and predictive maintenance program outcomesCoach site reliability, maintenance, planning, and leadership teamsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related experienceTypically 10+ years in maintenance, reliability, or engineeringExperience improving equipment reliability in operating environmentsKnowledge of RCA, bad-actor elimination, and defect eliminationProficiency with CMMS or EAM systems and reliability KPIsApply reliability engineering, availability analysis, and maintenance strategy expertise to strengthen Teck’s critical assets across operating sites.
