As Associate Vice President, you will lead the Savings & Retirement Deal Pricing team. You will price products and reinsurance structures across global markets, develop pricing sophistication, and support technical development. The role requires solid life reinsurance, asset strategy, and analytical experience.

Maintain Savings & Retirement deal pricing methodology frameworksDevelop pricing models under model development frameworksProvide technical leadership for methodology and proposition developmentReview pricing proposals through constructive challenge and recommendationsCoach team members and lead technical trainingRequirements:
Qualified actuary or financial markets professionalAt least seven years post-qualified experienceStrong life reinsurance and asset strategy experienceAnalytical skills, judgement, and commercial awarenessUnderstanding of life insurance capital and reporting regimesBring actuarial leadership, investment expertise, and pricing judgement to Pacific Life Re’s Toronto Savings & Retirement team.
