Review plans and specifications for construction problems and savingsPrepare schedules with the Project Manager and monitor milestone datesLook ahead two weeks to identify potential project delaysManage scope changes using current contract documentsPrepare deficiency lists and maintain ongoing as-built drawingsRequirements:
At least three years’ Site Superintendent experience with a General ContractorExperience delivering commercial, retail, and industrial current buildingsKnowledge of commercial construction means, methods, and related site-workAbility to handle pressure, budget constraints, and tight deadlinesConstruction Management certificate, diploma, or Trade Qualification is an assetUse tilt-up expertise, construction planning, and field leadership to support Wales McLelland’s Calgary construction growth.
