POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced
Electrical Supervisor
to join our electrical construction teams throughout our
northern Saskatchewan uranium support projects.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with at least three years of underground experience.
This is a fly-in/fly-out (FIFO) camp position. Flights to site depart from Saskatchewan only.
Accommodations:
rooms and meals are provided during each rotation.
Shift Rotations : 2 weeks on / 1 week off or 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (depending on project needs)Shift Length:

RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and maintain valuable relations with site personnel and customersComply with the Company’s corporate Health and Safety manualAdhere to both Flyer Electric and customer policies and proceduresSupervise and lead a team of electricians, providing guidance and mentorshipOversee electrical installations from start to finishRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsCoordinate with other trades, contractors, clients and site personnelPlan schedules, order materials,



and manage project budgets and resourcesMaintain accurate records and documentationConduct regular inspections and quality checksTroubleshoot and resolve electrical issuesCommunicate project status and updates to stakeholders and managementEnsure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipmentPrepare and submit project reportsCoordinate with subcontractorsAdvise management on milestone completion statusHandle any on-site emergencies or issues promptlyMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAttend daily and weekly site meetings, as well as all mandatory trainingMaintain a professional image and demonstrate positive attitude, teamwork, and workmanshipWilling to work extra hours to meet project deadlines and maintain crew efficiencyPerform any other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
3+ years of underground experience with eligibility for an Underground Supervision CertificateQualified Electrical Worker CertificateInterprovincial Red Seal Journeyperson Certificate
