As General Manager, Fleet Operations, you will provide overall leadership for vessels and the team responsible for their operations. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and President, you will coordinate operational, technical, engineering, safety, and crewing functions. Success depends on strategic planning, relationship-building, financial acumen, and experience leading managers.

10+ years’ leadership experience in marine or offshore fishingProven record leading teams and improving operational performanceStrong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skillsKnowledge of marine safety and regulatory requirementsCommercial fishing, refit, dry-docking, or maintenance experience preferredApply senior leadership, marine safety knowledge, and cross-functional coordination to Ocean Choice International’s complex fleet operation.
