Insight Global is seeking an Oracle Siebel CRM Developer to join a client team responsible for the design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise CRM applications. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional technical teams to deliver scalable Siebel CRM solutions, support integrations with enterprise platforms, and maintain mission-critical customer relationship management applications. Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Siebel CRM applications. Lead requirements-gathering workshops with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical designs and solutions. Design and develop integrations between Siebel and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, EAI, and EIM. Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable technical solutions. Perform application enhancements, bug fixes, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Create technical documentation, solution designs, deployment plans, and support materials. Collaborate with business, QA, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery. 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting
- Oracle Siebel CRM applications.



Experience working with Oracle Databases and writing SQL queries. Strong understanding of Siebel architecture, deployment processes, and application lifecycle management. Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Technical Skills Oracle Siebel CRM Siebel configuration SQL & PL/SQL REST & SOAP Web Services (Siebel RESTful Services and contemporary integration patterns) Oracle Database Industry experience within Telecommunications, Public Sector, Financial Services, or Healthcare. Experience supporting large-scale enterprise CRM environments.
